We have developed Flight Path Design Principles which describe the various elements that are considered in flight path and airspace design. These Principles are relevant to the interests of all of our stakeholders and are applied to all new flight path and airspace changes. For each new change, we will report on how the Principles were applied and how they shaped the final change decision.

To serve these communities we must be a leader in reconciliation and support all staff in developing their cultural awareness, understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the role they have played, and will play in the future of this country.

Airservices Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2021-23 identified critical factors that needed to be delivered. We are now finalising our next RAP through engaging with our First Nations peoples. We remain committed to undertaking a range of actions and initiatives that will enhance opportunities, build relationships and ensure the greatest levels of respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

While our new RAP is being finalised, we are continuing to implement our existing RAP commitments, undertake our reporting requirements and engage closely with relevant stakeholders to develop a sustainable and meaningful new RAP.
